GB Security Group’s monitoring station has maintained its high standing by securing a successful assessment review from the NSI under the ARC Gold standard and also securing ISO 9001 at the same time.
Every CCTV monitoring centre must be fully re-assessed every three years, as well as being subject to yearly checks to confirm compliance with the NSI ARC Gold Standard – the industry’s highest certification.
“Our monitoring station has again achieved the ARC Gold standard and we were delighted to receive approval for ISO 9001-08 at the same time,” said GB Monitoring director Tom Smith. “This demonstrates our industry-leading service and our commitment to the strictest of standards, to ensure our customers can benefit from the wide recognition from insurance companies and police authorities.”
