Unlike so many security and fire providers we do not use third parties for alarm and CCTV monitoring. For optimal value we have our own purpose built Control Room that is monitored to the highest NSI Gold standard for an Alarm Receiving Centre and a Remote Video Receiving Centre.
We provide on-going support to clients through a 24 hour emergency engineer call-out service, backed up by a system Help Desk. Through GBSG Pulse® the Help Desk are able to remotely connect to systems to provide a prompt response to any operational queries, or address any system training needs that clients may have.
