Overview of Security Guards
Like any security solution, guarding is a preventative measure to help protect premises and personnel. Whilst advances in CCTV have opened up many opportunities for robust remote guarding solutions, some clients still prefer the human touch and view security guards as an effective visual deterrent.
As is the case with the electronic security solutions we provide, in the provision of security guards we take a tailored approach. For businesses we offer a variety of services from static security guards to mobile patrols and remote guarding, whilst for homeowners we offer a flexible mobile patrol and keyholding service.
At GBSG we only recruit security guards who have strong communication skills and are SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed, meaning that they are trained to spot potential threats and are capable of dealing with a situation should an incident occur.
