DualCom GPRS is an intruder alarm signalling device that uses the Vodafone network and your telephone and/or IP path to transmit intruder, fire and personal attack signals at high speed. GPRS is a high-speed signalling technology used to send and receive ‘packets’ of data. Dual signalling is also preferred by insurance companies and the Police. DualCom fully complies to all EN50131 grades.
The DualCom GPRS products come as standard with the following abilities:
- Multiple signalling paths, GPRS, telephone and/or IP/TCIP (internet, broadband or LAN connectivity)
- High speed signalling on GPRS path
- No need for a dedicated phone line, can share with existing telephone line or network
- Reports signalling path failure in seconds
- Supplied fully programmed
The DualCom GPRS range is made up of:
- DualCom GPRS G2 which offers an affordable dual signalling solution, designed for lower risk premises, usually domestic or small commercial installations.
- DualCom GPRS G3 which is designed for medium risk premises, ideal for larger commercial installations and is approved by all leading insurance companies.
- DualCom GPRS G4 which is designed for high risk premises in mind and is the ultimate signalling solution for premium commercial installations.
