Unlimited telephone support
Regular services
Servicing is an essential part to ensuring a fully operational, well-run security system.Maintaining your services enables us to continue our commitment of protecting you and your property. By taking these preventative steps we can ensure everything is working as it should be, and stop any potential faults before they develop.
It is for these reasons, that following the Governments guidance, we are now keen to resume these visits. Both our customer and employees safety are our highest priority and we have introduced some new steps to ensure we can achieve this:
Social distancing and strict hygiene measures will be carried out throughout the course of our visit.
All appointments will be pre-booked.
An Engineer will call on the day to advise on the time of the visit.
Once at the property, our Engineer will phone you to make you aware they have arrived.
Before entering the property we will*:
Ensure our hands our sanitised
Put on single use shoe covers
Put on single use gloves
Wear a single use face covering
*Single use coveralls can also been worn on request
During works any items relating to the security system will be wiped down after contact.
A tablet will be used to complete the job – no signature will be required.
Communication will all be done verbally regarding any issues or requirements.
Once the Engineer has left the property all single use safety equipment will be disposed of.
In order to comply, we also ask our customers to do the following:
Advise us of symptoms
Advise us in advance if you or anyone in your household display any symptoms, if you are self-isolating or are classed as extremely vulnerable (shielding).
Ease of access
If engineers need to gain access to cupboards or other such areas please make them available and where possible leave the doors open.
No refreshments
We are unable to accept refreshments so please kindly refrain from offering them.
