How does it work?

We remotely connect to your CCTV systems every hour. Through this automatic, regular connection we retrieve diagnostic and operational information. This helps us ensure your systems are always operational, and if they are not – we can work to fix any issues.

This service can monitor an unlimited number of sites. It doesn’t matter if you have just one site or are responsible for hundreds of sites, your CCTV systems can benefit from the GBSG Pulse® Maintenance checks.

What happens if the checks show a problem?

Any issues are reported to our dedicated helpdesk team who verify any problems and they will be remotely fixed if possible, or a site maintenance visit will be scheduled if the system needs to be directly fixed.

  • Recording issues: reports if the system is recording for less than the expected duration
  • Time and date accuracy: reports if the time is incorrect or if it’s been tampered with
  • Image integrity: detects if the camera images are too bright or dark, out of focus, or out of alignment
  • Hard disk failures: detects hard disk failures or if recording stops.

We can provide you with a web link that allows you to check the live status of your site/s from your desk or any smart device.

Daily status report
