Meet Our Teams

The technical and Helpdesk teams support our engineers, our control room and customers. As well as looking after all technical training needs the team prepares the equipment for site and also looks at new and emerging technologies. This is the team to speak to if you are an existing customer and you need some technical assistance.

We have a team of installation and servicing and maintenance engineers. Our knowledgeable team are fully trained on our systems and also have had full screening and health and safety training so they are able to easily access a wide variety of sites. Our control room team are responsible for looking after all alarm activations and challenging intruders as well as alerting emergency services and keyholders. They carry out all remote guarding duties, including opening gates and barriers. The team also ensure that sites can be monitored and report any faults to the Helpdesk and Engineering team. The team work 24/7 for 365 days a year.

Our sales and marketing team are responsible for all incoming enquiries and booking of appointments. The team undertakes site surveys and makes recommendations based on your needs. The team ensure that you have access to full and correct information about our products and services, in order to enable you to make the right decision about your security and safety solution.

The administration and finance team look after all of our invoicing, order processing, payments, credits and debts across all of our services.

Our HSEQ Manager oversees all Health and Safety and Quality systems. The HSEQ Manager is responsible for any RAMS required and any issues arising from H & S.
