Alarms and video clips are transmitted directly to GBSG’s Monitoring Centre, which incorporates an NSI Gold Category 2 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC).Â
Our in-house, SIA-licensed operators:
- Assess events in real time
- Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc visits,
- Issue local audio warnings
- Coordinate the appropriate response – including mobile patrols, drone deployment or emergency services via ECHO-enabled digital dispatch.
As part of this service, GBSG securely stores site keys and access credentials, enabling immediate response to alarm activations. This ensures authorised entry, safe system resets and full incident verification without requiring client personnel to attend out of hours.
Patrol routes are tailored to site layout and risk assessment, with digital reporting delivered to stakeholders.
Physical mobile patrols and keyholding complement the broader renewable energy security operations managed by our control room.
