Design, build and testing prior to install
During the initial consultation, we will carefully assess your needs and provide you with a tailored solution.Â
We build and pre-programme the equipment at our workshop and test it fully before installation on-site. This includes node cabinets and UPS cabinets.Â
All elements of the system are FAT tested with full reporting and images provided as part of our quality assurance system.
In-house Civils service
Our own in-house civils team and machinery means we can manage the groundworks in a timely and efficient way without relying on third parties.Â
The Civils team will install ducting, manholes, mains voltage supplies and cabling and this can all be delivered to site in one container ready for the team to start work.Â
Installation & handover
Since the system is built and pre-programmed off-site, the installation process is usually straightforward.Â
Our qualified Engineers are experienced at installing our systems and have worked on a number of renewable energy sites throughout the UK and Europe.Â
Once installation is complete, the Engineer will provide you with comprehensive handover documentation.Â
Monitoring, Maintenance & Guarding
Provided by our in-house NSI Gold RVRC/ARC monitoring team, you can rest assured your system is protected 24/7.Â
Our inhouse maintenance team also ensures your systems are looked after and serviced so they continue to operate as they should.Â
