Monitoring Services

Our own dedicated purpose-built NSI (National Security Inspectorate) Gold Standard Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Remote Video Receiving Centre (RVRC), offer a variety of monitoring services.

  • Our monitoring staff are all licensed by the SIA (Security Industry Authority)
  • We monitor alarms 24/7, 365 days a year

Maintenance Services

We service and maintain CCTV, fire and intruder systems.

  • All our servicing and maintenance is carried out by our highly-qualified team of engineers.
  • We can also offer remote maintenance via our helpdesk team.

Helpdesk

Our dedicated Helpdesk team are able to support our customers with a variety of services.

  • The Helpdesk team can provide assistance in setting up reports on key areas of your security system.
  • The Helpdesk can set-up instant notifications via SMS text or email.
  • The Helpdesk operates between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.

The GBSG Pulse®, offers affordable monitoring 24/7, 365 days a year, with this smart alert fire and security product.

  • Alarm monitoring from only £1* a week
  • Handy alerts, emails and reports
  • Alerts tailored to your individual requirements
  • Sustained by our Helpdesk team who can support customers and systems via regular diagnostic updates

GBSG Pulse® Maintenance

GBSG Pulse® Maintenance offers you an enhanced security solution.

  • Helps us ensure your systems are always operational, and if they are not – we can work to fix any issues.
  • We can provide you with a web link that allows you to check the live status of your site/s from your desk or any smart device.
  • Talk to our technical team who can set-up daily status reports for you.
