When we are notified of an alarm activation, or if a call out is requested, our keyholders are sent out to your premises to investigate the cause of the alarm. If the breach is considered serious, the nominated emergency contact will be notified for instructions. If the alarm response requires emergency services these will be contacted immediately.
Our fully trained, SIA licensed security mobile patrols can handle any situation quickly and safely and can also follow any additional procedures you may have in place. Our dedicated fully trained and SIA licensed mobile patrol team respond to alarm activations; the team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
